How does Worth the Wait differ from True Love Waits?
True Love Waits and Worth the Wait are similar in that both
stress the importance of God’s plan in the area of sexuality.
Worth the Wait is an endorser of True Love Waits. However, True
Love Waits doesn’t go into local churches to do programs. As of
2004, Worth the Wait had done almost 600 church programs.
What about kids who have been through the program before?
We suggest that they be a part of the program every time it is
held. A student’s understanding of relationships and sexuality
change greatly annually. It is a way for students to show that
they still believe God has everything under control.
What about kids who aren’t virgins?
This is a great opportunity to start over. About 80% of
students who become sexually active prior to marriage later regret
it. We stress the grace of God, His desire to forgive, and His
ability to heal the scars.
How often do you suggest doing a Worth the Wait program?
We suggest that you hold a Worth the Wait program at least
every other year. A student’s perception of sexuality can change
immensely in two years. To wait longer runs the risk of
misconceptions taking root.
How long will I have to wait to get purity jewelry and
materials once I have placed an order?
Almost immediately. We keep all jewelry and manuals in stock.
